MGM Waterproofing was established in 2002 by the Gonzalez brothers. Having worked for other contractors in the waterproofing business the brothers decided to start their own waterproofing company. What they learned in there years of working with others as well as their own ideas of quality and customer service, knowledge of the products used and the proper application combined with safety and qualities are the four key components that have contributed to MGM’s success. Being a family owed business and having both quality controls in the field and in the office insures that projects are done right and on time.At MGM safety and training are the foundation that insures that the company will remain successful. All employees are trained in the proper materials that are used and the correct application. Employees are held to the standards that are checked by are quality control processes everyday and on every project. Whether a project is five thousand dollars or three hundred thousand dollar are standards remain the same for every project. The customer is always number one with MGM.

Meet Our Team
Tereso Gonzalez
Tereso Gonzalez started MGM waterproofing and restoration inc. 20 years ago by working on the jobs as well as overseeing them, Tereso brings together over 30 years of commercial and residential construction knowledge with more than a decade of commercial waterproofing. His background in architectural philosophy, design methods and theory combined with his hands-on work, technical coordinator, and division manager of a successful commercial waterproofing company give him a highly recommended and known name trough out he waterproofing industry here in Denver.
Ricardo Ramirez
Ricardo Ramirez has 10 years of commercial and residential construction experience including 9 years of construction management, as well as experience in estimating, procurement and scheduling. Ricardo oversees all work in MGM Waterproofing from field to office since he took over in 2022. Ricardo assisted in the development and implementation of Safety Plans for jobs that were striving for LEED certification, and has completed thirty hours of OSHA training. Ricardo has been able to generate client cost savings by assisting in design of these facilities, with an eye toward value engineering. Ricardo is able to work closely with highly specialized customers to develop a tailored scope of work and assist in selection of the proper equipment. Ricardo has also been able to establish a strong foundation of expertise out in the field to take on waterproofing challenges in the future for MGM waterproofing. –Juan Jaime
Juan oversees all essential field employees, as well as construction schedules for MGM waterproofing, to ensure that all projects contracted with customers are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality available in the industry. Juan has been integral to the construction and development of several Multi-family building in the Denver metro area and throughout Colorado reaching jobs as far as Grand junction, Colorado springs, Fort Collins and Aspen just to name a few.
